The design of the Referral Genie app began with creating a survey for our real estate agent users to determine whether they felt that an app would be helpful for them, and if so, what features they would find useful. Once I received that information, I created a journey map and built out the design for the app. We collected feedback from our actual users once the app was launched and adjusted the UX to incorporate additional features as needed.
